So I noticed people (or bots...who knows really) coming to this page more often than before so I figured I should probably update it. Essentially I write on this blog for myself. My friends don't really care about J-Pop or K-pop like I do so I can't talk to them and I find that my anxiety gets in the way of posting on forums in any kind of productive manner (btw I'm super sorry I kinda gave up on the Galette thread on H!O.....I just got freaked out posting on a public forum especially since I was really the only one posting there since the other guy got banned. Yes, I'm danceordie9173. If you see that username anywhere, it's me. I use it for everything. I'm not big on changing names for different things. It's not like I have anything to hide from people and in the internet age if anyone wants to find out who you are, no matter how well you think you hide they'll find you anyway.) So I use this to get my thoughts out that people wouldn't really care to hear me blather on about in my real life. If anyone wants to read this I welcome that though.

As for about me I'm afraid I'm not a very interesting person. I'm currently 23 and I've been following J-Pop & K-Pop since I was around 16. I discovered Morning Musume when I was randomly clicking around YouTube one day and I landed on Lullaby Game. I just thought it was really cool but didn't take the time to really get into them. I discovered 2NE1 not long after and got really into foreign music. My interest in K-pop has waned over the years (mainly because I grew out of the teenage fandom), but I still like the music that some groups put out. As for J-Pop, I'm only still so interested in it because of H!P & 48G. Their music isn't the greatest and the groups aren't super duper interesting, but I love to collect CDs and collecting J-pop ones (especially 48G ones) is a lot of fun to me so I keep up with the groups.

As for updating this blog, I know I don't do it often. It's a mix of anxiety, being busy, and just plain apathy to updating this. I'm never going to be the blogger than talks about ALL new releases when they come out or ALL entertainment gossip or stuff like that. I tried doing that once before and it caused a lot of problems for me as I felt like I HAD to post things every day. If I feel like posting a review or recommendations I will, and if I don't I don't. At least people wouldn't feel overwhelmed that they had to read a whole bunch of things from me everyday lol.
